Damage deposits
A refundable damage deposit is authorized when you confirm a rental booking and released after the item is returned in its original condition.
Cancellations
Contact your lender directly through their listing to cancel or reschedule a booking. Refund timing depends on how close to the event date you cancel.
Returns
Rented items should be returned clean and in the condition they were received in, using the fulfillment method selected at checkout.
